She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Junie Smith; her husband Stanley O'Neil; her daughter Sharyn Bashline; and her son-in-law William "Butch" Buchanan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Buchanan of Turkey City, Beverly Preston of Knox and Kelly O'Neil of Knox; and her sister Janet O'Neil of Ninevah. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
