He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Benetti and Rose Mohr Benetti; his granddaughter Jessica Vincent; and his sisters, Virginia Benetti, Delores Smith and Margaret Tremba.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Trink" Foust; his son Randy Benetti (Debra) of Knox; his grandchildren, DJ Benetti (Andrea) and Ryan Benetti; his great grandchild Carmella Grace Benetti; his daughter Roni O'Neil (Tim) of Knox; his grandson Garth Vincent; and his daughter Katie Bashline.
