He is survived by: his wife Connie Chapman; his stepchildren, Monty Chapman, Jr. (Shelly) of Knox and Brigitte Chapman Kimes of Jacksonville, Florida; his friends, Monty Chapman of Jacksonville, Don Mock of Clarion and Sam Kimes of Callahan, Florida; his stepgrandchildren, Austin Kimes (Haley) of Callahan, Florida, Lexi Kimes (Remi) of Boulder Colorado, Kenzie Kimes Williams (Christian) of Jacksonville, Florida, Ashley DePari (Chuck) of Howe and Travis Myers of Knox; his grandson Zack McCleary of Knox; his great grandchildren, Nick, Nate DePari and Ledger Williams; his stepmother Jeanie Smith of Rimersburg; and his sisters, Linda Matey (Wayne) of Virginia, Joyce Silagyi (Bruce) of South Carolina, Chris Adams (Jim) of Clarion and Barb Crissman of Shannondale. He is also survived by many other family members, nieces, nephews and cousins.
