She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Klingler and Violet Klingler; her husband Carl C. Rowe; and her siblings, Stanley "Bub" Klingler, Wayne Klingler and Imogene "Imy" Hartzell (Suzabell Ticklebush).
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Meier of Knox, Michael Meier (Brenda) of Durham, NC and John Meier (Sue) of Summerville; her stepdaughter Emily Fulton (Dana) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Jason Meier (Brandi) of Titusville, FL, Wade Meier (Knox), Ashley Meier of Allison Park, Krista Kroeger (Tanner) of Falls Church, VA, Jaime Porter (Scott) of Wilmington, NC, Selina Berg of Dubois, Jason Conley of Leeper, Tara Hoover of Cranberry and Robert Burns of Sligo; her siblings-in-law, Reba Klingler of Knox, Nancy Elder of Snydersburg, Linda Wagner of Knox, Sue Meier of Knox and Ray; and her close friend Barb Buzard. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
