He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack F. Kugler, Sr. and Mildred Shull Kugler; his pet Stormy; and his siblings, Mary Jane Ruggles and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Huff; his children, Chuck Kugler (Kelly Hartzell) and Michelle "Mitch" Phillips (Brad) of Parker; his grandson Kyle Bish of Ebensburg; his stepgrandchildren, Ben, Nathan, Mason, Quinten, Kenny and Odin; his sisters, Linda Hickman of Blaine, Washington, Katherine Peterson (Delbert) of Rocky Grove and Sara Mong of Rocky Grove; and his niece Jessie Adams of Tennessee.
