He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ray Price, Sr. and Goldie Mae Price; his brother Arthur Ray "Butch" Price, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Bracken Price and Bill Ashbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Ashbaugh; his daughters, Vicky Cobler (Len), Sheila Rinker, Sherry Kirkpatrick (Dan) and Missie Price (Jenn Thommen); his grandchildren, Lindsay Leon (Felix), Ben Cobler (Amanda), Tommy Rinker, Cory Cobler, Danielle McIntyre (Carol Ann), Jennifer Truitt (Caden) and Brittany Greenspan (Alex); and his siblings-in-law, Dave Ashbaugh, Patty DiVenanzio (Keith) and Jim Ashbaugh. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
