He was predeceased by: his stepson William Bill Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Viola T. Bowser; his siblings, Richard Bowser (Ruth), Geraldine Donahue (Bob), David Bowser (Nancy), Eileen Schroth and Sarah Bowser; his children, Harold R. Buddy Bowser Jr. (Debra), Leslee Burch (Bob), Brian Bowser, Michele Carroll and Nina Rowan; and his stepson Monty Chapman, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
