He is survived by: his spouse Lulu Belle "Tops" Lowers; his children, Timothy Hartzell (Terri) of Knox, Tammy Cozad (Jeffrey) of Knox and Tracy Kline of Knox; and his grandchildren, Kylee Cozad, Katie Cozad, Andrew Hartzell, Colin Hartzell (Haylee) and Maleea Kline.
