She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Polatty of Shippenville, PA and Lynn (Denny Neely) of Shippenville; and her grandchildren, Jamie (Cory Hooks), Stephanie (Thomas Stefanelli), Andrew Polatty, Casey (Meagan Neely), Buck (Brianna Neely), Trenton, Treyven, Tyson Hooks, Guy, Dean Neely, Samuel and Nicholas Stefanelli.
