He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Brien; his children, Susan Webb (Rick) of Cranberry, Debra O'Neil (Terry) of Cranberry, Tina Shirey (Ken) of Emlenton and Michael Smith of Sayre, PA; and his grandchildren, Samuel Webb (Becky) of Kossuth, Sarah Webb (Matt Romano) of Florida, Jared Webb (Candace) of Pine City, Ryan O'Neil of Cranberry, Hunter O'Neil, Anna Busch (Eli) of Knox, Ben Dehart (Brianna) of Sligo, Jon Smith of Sayre and Danielle Smith of Sayre.
