She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Shaner and Rosella Shaner; her husband Kenneth W Strotman II; her children, Kenneth W Strotman III and Susan; and her siblings, Hazel, Donald, Merle, Homer, Burton, Richard, Millard, Donna Lee and Mary Ellen.
She is survived by: her brother Robert (Bob) of Kansas City; her children, Debbie Loveland (Larry) of Easton, MD, William Strotman (Stacey) of Greensboro and Gregory Strotman of Greensboro, MD; and her grandchildren, Sherry, Ruby, Nickole, Casey and Gregory II. She is also survived by spouses; and her six great grandchildren.
