He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Baker and Flora Alice Breth Baker; and his siblings, Robert Keith Baker, Mary Elizabeth Lucote and Margaret Louise Cope.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Fulmer; his stepdaughter Rebecca Sue Kahle (Duane) of Shippenville; his niece Brandy Britenbaugh; and his nephews, David E. Fulmer, Jr., Abbygail, Katelynn and Matthew.
Use of masks and social distancing should be considered.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Dave's name to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1051 Twin Church Rd., Knox, Pa. 16232.
