With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles George (Knox, Pennsylvania), born in Sligo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Homer B. George; his grandson Russell Scott Allmendinger; and his siblings, Thelma, Evelyn, Dorothy, Harold and Allen.

He is survived by: his parent Ethel Jenny Reed George; his wife Mildred; his daughter Kay Milford (Larry) of Knox; his grandchildren, Jack Allmendinger (Denise) of Fuquay-Varina, Michele Allmendinger of Knox and Sheila Allio of Belleville; and his siblings, Shirley Maxine Coast of Arizona and Frances "Bud" George of Knox. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
