She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Ardrey and Emily Howe Stewart; and her brothers, David, R. Bruce, Randy and Gary Lee Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn and Caitlyn Crusan; her stepgranddaughter Brittany Hess; her sisters, Joyce Sliter (Gary) and Anne Baker (Dale); and her friends, Donna Schreffler of Knox, Michael Bell of Knox, Roy Schreffler of Knox, Carol Phillips of Marienville and Amy Shultz of Emlenton. She is also survived by stepdaughter, Bear Bernice Simpkins, two grandchildren.
