He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman, Sr. and Reba Hoffman (Morgan); his wife Ruby Hoffman (Bloch); his daughter Sharon Hoffman; his son-in-law Dennis Lucas; his grandchildren, Troy Hoffman and Dawn Neidlinger; and his siblings, David, Roy, Mark, Martha Wiest and Ellen Hoffman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Ramer, Susan (Steve Reed), Catherine Lucas, Patty (Kerry Madenford), Pamela (Richard Ney) and Billi Jo (Glen Crissinger); and his sisters, Nancy Rothermel, Anna Wiest and Shirley Straub. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
