He was predeceased by: his parents, Rue O. Erdman and Helen S. Erdman (Romberger); and his brothers-in-law, Bob Machamer, Dennis Bingaman and Alan Long.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Weirick of Selinsgrove and Richard Erdman (Sarah) of Middleburg; and his sisters, LaRue Machamer, Stella Bingaman and Sandy Long. He is also survived by two nephews, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
