She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Alvord and Ella Schultz (Reisch); her sons, Steve (Caroleen) of Halifax, Dennis (Donna) of Halifax and David of Houston, TX; her sister Dawn Minnich; and her granddaughter Danielle Helt. She was also cherished by 10 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren.
