She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew C. Morgan and Eva R. Morgan; her husband Lee W. Phillips of Klingerstown; her son Dennis J. Phillips; and her brother Fred C. Morgan.
She is survived by: her sons, Alan (Dee) of Minneapolis, MN and Roger (Geri) of Elizabethville, PA; her grandsons, Shane Phillips (Heather), Shawn Phillips (Angie) and Nathan Phillips (Theresa); her stepgranddaughter Chanda Ney; and her son Jackie Ney (Jeff).
