Troutman (Klingerstown, Pennsylvania), born in Lykens, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Wiest and Katie Wiest (Smeltz); her husband Harry B. Troutman; her daughter Emmy Lou; and her siblings, Elvin, Blair, Paul, Leroy, Guy, Martha Miller and Edna Mattern.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann E. Rebuck (Sterlin) of Boalsburg, PA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
