He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Haley and Helen Haley Jr. (Hankey); and his son Samuel Jacob Haley. He is survived by: his significant other Jodi Earp; his children, Timothy Haley (Nancy), Lisa Kline (Jamie), Kevin Haley (Lori) and Theresa Hampson (Craig); his stepson Jake Earp; his siblings, Jody Galbraith (Bill) and Susan Haley; his grandchildren, Katelyn Venable (Tim), Christopher Haley, Maddison Haley and Evan Gaylor; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Adeline and Lilly.
