He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hake and LaVerne Hake; his wife Lorma Peterson; and his sisters, Gaye John (Bob) and Gayle DeMattie (Edward).
He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Bowser (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Clayton John (Cindy), Terry John (Elizabeth), Kimberly Yankasky (John), Debbie Kaza (Dan) and Nikki Rake (Jeremy).
