He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Noble and Catherine L. Noble (Reiher); and his sister Catherine Noble. He is survived by: his children, William C. Noble, Jr. (Eileen) of Harmar, Valarie Noble of Pittsburgh and Beth Noble of Harmar. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
