He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Bill" and Margaret "Peggy" Carson (Byers); and his half-brother Robert Plunkard. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Winghart (Rich) of Elderton, Timothy Byers, Jr. of Shelocta and Samantha McGee of Butler; his siblings, Diana R. Fennell of Kittanning and Douglas A. Carson (Tammy) of Cadogan; and his half-siblings, Melvin Plunkard of Mars, PA, Ralph Plunkard of Mars, PA, Beatrice Wideman of Butler, Linda Plunkard of Mars and Debra Betts of Valencia. He is also survived by seven grandsons.
