Thomas Edward Schiffgens Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edward Schiffgens of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August Schiffgens and Bertha Schiffgens (Edwards); his brother Larry Schiffgens; his parents-in-law, William and Eva Smolik (Elash); and his brother-in-law William Flaherty.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schiffgens (Smolik); his children, Erika Schiffgens (Thomas Smith) and Scott Schiffgens (Hope); his grandchildren, Jonah Schiffgens-Smith, Connor Schiffgens and Sydney Schiffgens; his siblings-in-law, Paulette Flaherty (Smolik) and William Jon Smolik (Dana Jack); and his nieces, Kimberly Schiffgens and Kristin Antoszewski of Larry Schiffgens, II.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
