He is survived by: his sister Helen Cicero of Bettendorf, IA; the mother of his children Patricia Anthony (Reed); his sons, Keith (Dawn) of Kittanning and Kevin (Amanda) of Homer City; his grandchildren, Cody (Ashley), Kirstin, Skyler, John and Luke; and his great grandchild McKenzie.
