He was predeceased by: his parents, Audley Stouffer and Mary Ann Stouffer (Stott); and his siblings, Robert, Charles Bowser and Susan Billman (Stouffer).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Stouffer (Titus); his children, Carrie Stouffer, Wayne Stouffer (Penny) and Eric Stouffer (Angie); his grandchildren, Caleb and Kenlee; and his siblings, Betty Cravenor (Bowser), Joyce Iseman (Douglas), James "Wacky" Bowser and Ronald Stouffer.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help offset expenses.
