He was predeceased by: his father William Kitzmiller; his wife Judy Kitzmiller; his brother Raymond Kitzmiller; and his uncles, James Kitzmiller and Robert Ridder.
He is survived by: his mother Louise Kitzmiller (Ridder) of Maryland; his children, Stacy Tarr (Richard) of Kittanning and Jaron Herbert of Kittanning; his siblings, Tamlet Fuentes of Maryland and Mark Kitzmiller of Virginia; his grandchildren, Katie Miller (Jon) of Kittanning, Richard Tarr (Kayla) of Kittanning and Zachary Tarr (Heather) of Kittanning; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Lilly, Weston, Chole, Blake and Ryan; his nieces, Angie Wilt and Ashley Wilt; and his nephew Matt Wilt.
