She is survived by: her husband Shawn Johnson; her daughters, Ciara Johnson, Rachel Johnson and Chloe Johnson; her mother Helen McKelvey; her siblings, Heather McKelvey (Mike Cox), Larry McKelvey (Janet) and Greg McKelvey; her sister-in-law Amy McKelvey; her mother-in-law Esther Bevington; and her brother-in-law Jody Bevington (Michelle).
