It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Toy of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Trithart and Mary Trithart (Slagle); and her siblings, Delores and Edgar. She is survived by: her husband David E. Toy of Kittanning; her children, Susan E. Laird (Tim) of Kittanning, Cheryl L. Smith (Rodger) of Marion Center, Cindy L. Harmon (Jim) of Kittanning, Nancy J. Schmidt (Dale) of Murfreesboro, Tenn, Sherry Mahaffey (Mike) of Spring Church, Keith D. Toy of Kittanning and David S. Toy (Mary) of Mayport; and her brother Ralph Trithart (Nancy Jo) of Kittanning. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Per the governor's orders and following CDC guidelines, all people attending will be required to wear a mask or facial covering and no more than 25 people will be permitted in the building at a time.
