She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara C. Blaniar (Forney). She is survived by: her father Steven Blaniar; her fiancé Robert'Bobby'Blystone; her sister Jaycee Cottrell (Eric) of Greensburg; and her nieces, Madison, Brook, Laura, Kendall and Taylor. She is also survived by her uncles, aunts, and cousins; her extended family; and many friends.
