It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Seymour A. Harter of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Harter and Mary Harter; his grandfather Sonny; his sister Clara "Cy" Younkins; his parents-in-law, Allen and Juanita Lemmon; and his son Douglas Seymour Harter.
He is survived by: his children, Sonny and Barb; his grandson Jesus; his wife Barbara "Mimi" Harter (Lemmon); his children, Amy Burns (Ronald), Joanie Kunselman (Mike) and Andrew Harter; his grandchildren, Christy Burns, Tyler Burns (Kristen), Zachary Burns (Brandi), Taylor Burns, Peyton Harter, Michael Kunselman (Sarah), Landon Kunselman and Katelynn Andrews (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Abby, Ava, Jameson, Ezra, Elias, Isabel, Gabriella and Emerson.
