He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Slee and Mary Slee (Morehead); his wife Judith L. Slee (Hoak); his son Brian Lee Hoak; his brothers, Fred and Richard "Dickie" Slee; and his pet Meg.
He is survived by: his children, Mindy Kline of Kittanning, Jamie Moore of Kittanning, Trena Slee of Blairsville and Jacob Slee of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Nathan Toy, Emily Hoak, Evan Hoak, Kody Kline, Kyia Kline and Lewis Kline; his great grandchildren, Lexi Heilman, Noah, Dakota Slee, Addalyn Rusak and Chance Bryson; and his brother Gary Slee of Ford City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray the funeral costs.
