She was predeceased by: her siblings, Linda E. Cricks and William A. Lamison. She is survived by: her children, Dana L. Toy (Eric) of Kittanning and Ronald P. Carley of Kittanning; and her grandson Hunter Toy.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Orphans of the Storm.
