He is survived by: his wife Joan Smith (Stover); his sons, Roy Smith (Jeannie) of Jamestown, OH and Randy Smith of Castle Dale, UT; his granddaughters, Kristi Bowers (Kolte) of Boliver, OH, Kylie Nelson (Jeremy) of Clawson, UT and Brandi Nelson (John) of Castle Dale, UT; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Korbin Bowers of Boliver, OH, Rylund, Landyn Nelson of Clawson, UT, Michael and Kolton Nelson of Castle Dale, UT; and his siblings, Floyd Smith (Judy) of Kittanning and Phyllis Atwood of Kittanning.
