He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Jack (Nancy) of Kittanning, Debbie Jack of Kittanning, Missy Hobaugh of Kittanning and Dave Boyer (Cindy) of Ford City; his niece Kimberly Jack (Dillon Schaub) of Ford City; his nephew Travis Jack (Morgan) of Kittanning; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Easton, Evelyn, Jordan, Logan and Cody.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's honor to the Spina Bifida Foundation or the Orphans of the Storm Animla Shelter.
