It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Heilman (Kittanning, Pennsylvania), born in Bethel, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Heilman and Ruth Heilman (Crownover); and his siblings, Harold Heilman, Janet Schaeffer and Marie Heilman.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Roofner Heilman (Wells); his stepchildren, Sheryl, Skip and David; his son Daniel Heilman (Patricia) of Kittanning Twp; his grandsons, Lee Heilman of Sugarcreek and Justin Heilman (Melia) of Kittanning Twp; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Heilman of Kittanning Twp and Anna Leigh of Kittanning Twp.
Due to the ongoing health concerns of the Covid 19 pandemic the family held a private viewing and service for Bob in the Emmanuel Heilman Lutheran Church with Rev. Eric Damon officiating.
The family asks that any memorial contributions be made to Emmanuel Heilman Lutheran Church, 854 Garretts Run Rd., Ford City, Pa 16226 or to the Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, Pa 16023.
