He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Jenkins (David) of Beaufort, SC, Lorri Grantz (Amanda) of Eubank, KY, Robert "Butch" Grantz (Tammy) of Kittanning and Jessica Weigel (Wade) of Cowansville; his stepsons, Jeffrey Schotting of Kittanning and Steve Schotting (Melanie) of Cadogan; and his siblings, Rose Minesky (Ron) of Vandergrift, Samuel Grantz (Paulette) of Ford City and Evelyn Stoughton (Edward) of Apollo. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 45 nieces and nephews.
