He was predeceased by: his sons, Jeff and Doug; his parents, James I. Bullers, Sr. and Martha (Kuntz); and his siblings, William, Thomas, Walter, Wayne, James and Elsie Kennedy.
He is survived by: his children, LuAnn (Ray Barrett) of Dayton, Chris (Brenda) and Tracey (Dave Slagle) of Dayton; and his sister Lucianne Brocious of Mayport. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as brothers- and sisters-in-law.
