He was predeceased by : his wife Cathy Lee Cousins; and his daughter Jessica McClelland. He is survived by : his son Brett Blose (Sara); his grandson Andrew Blose; his brothers, Donald "Duck" Blose (Robin) and Bill Blose; and his son-in-law John McClelland.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home (200 S McKean St, Kittanning, PA 16201). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
