He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Walters. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Walters (Cravenor); his children, Christy Coleman (Marty) and Richard Walters Jr. (Kathleen Peterson) of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Aubrey Hudac (Edward) of Adrian and Austin Cumberledge of Kittanning; his great grandchildren, Isabella Cumberledge of Ford City, Edward Hudac and Elena Hudac of Adrian; his brother Rev. Edward Walters (Diann) of Kittanning; and his sister-in-law Betty Walters of Meadville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Richards honor to the Rayburn Township Fire Department at 102 Water Tower Road, Kittanning, PA 16201.
