He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira M. Smith and Ila Smith (Wingard); and his brother James Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann (Reed); his children, Ricky Smith of Kittanning and Kimberly S. Suhan (William Petras) of Kittanning; his grandchild Britian Schaefer (Ty); his great grandchildren, Brady and Payton; and his brother Thomas Smith (Gail) of Creekside.
