He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward A. Bashline and Mabel R. Bashline (Rupp); his wife Patricia H. Bashline (Campbell); his son Jeffrey P. Bashline; and his brothers, Russell Bashline and Chester Bashline.
He is survived by: his son L. Ray Bashline (Vivian Futscher) of Elderton, PA; his grandchildren, Patrick Bashline (Jenise) of Kittanning, PA, Shawn Bashline (Jessica) of Commodore, PA and Joyce Corbin (Scott) of Vandergrift, PA; and his sister Nylene Kerr of DuBois, PA.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
