He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Bowser and Allene Bowser (Bowser); his brother Samuel Bowser; and his grandson Brandon Weber. He is survived by: his wife Helen Bowser; his children, Valerie Shaner (Ray) of Kittanning, Christina Weber (Kirk) of Kittanning and Stephen E. Bowser of Lexington, S. C.; his grandchildren, Heather Artman (Andrew) of Leechburg, Ashley Ciprich (Matthew) of Corsica, Lauren Muzic (Andrew) of Winchester, Meghann Peters (Curtis) of Sarver, Laura Satterfield of Kittanning, Stephenie Kutcha (Quincy) of Kittanning and Patric Weber of Kittanning; and his sisters, Marjorie Bowser of Kittanning and Louise Baker of Freeport. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
