He was predeceased by: his daughter Maive Ann Zeigler; his father William "Bill" Zeigler; and his sisters, Diana Nordby and Barbara Zeigler. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Zeigler (Cloak); his daughters, Elizabeth and Hattie Zeigler; and his mother Ruth Zeigler.

Randy's family asks that any memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
