He was predeceased by: his siblings, Darold Smith, William W. Smith, Ronald Smith and Carol Fallecker (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Amy Sue Smith (Cravener); his daughters, Hiroko Angel Smith, Irene Hurtado and Heather Lynn; and his siblings, Larry Smith and Lorraine Beers (Donald). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
