He is survived by: his daughter Sara Buffone (Jerry) of Warner Robins; his grandchildren, Jerry, III of Warner Robins, Ethan of Warner Robins and Olivia of Warner Robins; his sister Jeannine Debnar (Jeff) of State College; and his nieces and nephews, Allyson Zablocki (Jeff) of Ford City, Allysa Davenport (Mark) of Natrona, Aaron Hayes of Butler, Kelly Hayes of Kittanning and Andrew Rosenberger of Kittanning.
