He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Barker); his children, Tawnee Smith (Gerald Rupp) of Kittanning, Todd Smith (Karen) of Boyers and Chad Smith (Heather) of Leechburg; his grandchildren, Chelsey Lasher, Josh Lasher (Danielle), Dylan Smith, Tanner Smith and Logan Smith; his great grandchildren, Braiden Lasher, Savanna Lasher and Aria Lasher; his brother Eugene Smith (Linda) of Lower Burrell; and his brother-in-law Tom Barker (Mary Ann) of Kittanning. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew.
