She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy "Dent" and Wanda Jane Anthony (Hooks); and her siblings, Keith Anthony and Carol Anthony. She is survived by: her husband Gary S. Bowser; and her daughters, Karen Capets (Bowser) and Elizabeth Ciccone (Bowser). She is also survived by her six grandchildren, three younger brothers, and two younger sisters.
Family is asking that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Orphans of the Storm.
