He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carney and Edith Carney (Rosenberger); and his brothers, Russell and Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Carney (Bowser); and his sons, Paul Jr., Richard Carney (Marie Wright) and Justin Carney (Christin Cousins). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. 3 sister in laws and 3 brother in laws.
