He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Walter and Pearl Walter (Hankey); and his sister Eleanor M. Walter. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Walter (White); his children, Mark Walter (Amy Ward) of Tarentum, Paula Walter (Dan) of Kittanning and Kelly Quinnell (Curt) of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Cory, Zane Walter and Lance Quinnell; and his brothers, Harold Walter (Rose) of Templeton and John A. Walter (Donna) of Medina. He is also survived by his three children.
